From Interstate 64 (in Virginia), take Hwy 17S to Elizabeth City at exit 296.
Continue on Hwy 17S towards Elizabeth City. After the Dismal Swamp you will enter N.C.
From there you will go 12 miles.
Stay in the left lane onto the Hertford/Edenton Bypass for approximately 10 miles.
After the Hertford/Edenton Bypass rejoins Hwy 17 business, take Exit 254 to Okisco Rd.
Take a right at the stop sign.
At next intersection, take a right onto Old US 17.
Continue for a half mile, then turn left onto Woodville Road.
Continue 7 miles to New Hope Road. Turn left on New Hope Road; continue 6 miles.
The Shore's at Lands End will be on your left after Thornton Road.

Take Hwy 17N, passing Hertford, NC.
After crossing over the Perquimans River Bridge,
take the next right turn onto New Hope Road (at the traffic light).
Follow New Hope Road for 15.5 miles.
The Shore's at Lands End will be on your left after Thornton Road.
