 North Carolina has been my home for the past fifteen years. My husband, John, and I have lived in Edenton and more recently at Bethel Creek in Perquimans County at Hunter's Landing with our Golden retriever, Maggie, and our kitty, Mew. Land Sales in waterfront communities has been my career for the past fourteen years. I have sold in nine waterfront communities while working with the Wood family at Edenton Bay Phase I and with Billy Pearson of Carolina Coast & Lakes. I am very familiar with the area and many waterfront developments such as Heritage Shores North, West, and South;
Deep Creek; The Waters at Sunset Pointe; Bay Landing; and The Shores at Lands End. I also spent a short time at Albemarle Plantation before getting my real estate license. I opened my own real estate company, Lands End Real Estate, specializing in waterfront communities, in late 2006.

 In 2007, John and I were blessed with the opportunity to purchase "The Barn" at The Shores at Lands End.  Since both of our businesses, real estate and site maintenance, are based at The Shores, we spend the majority of our time on site.
 We fell in love with our new acquisition and have now renovated part of it into living quarters!  Here are some glimpses of our work. John, Maggie and Mew are adapting well.  Our recently adopted Lucie, another Golden, is responding well too! Come on over to visit us at The Barn anytime...Mary
